The nucleus also contains thread-like structures called chromosomes.

A human body possesses more than 200 different types of cells. There are various cells of which few are blood cells, smooth muscle cells, and Nerve cells found in humans. Blood cells are of three types: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. The smooth muscle cells are involuntary muscles and are controlled by the brain while Nerve cells carry nerve impulses and transfer messages.
